Factors That May Trigger Musculus Cramps

It's mutual to accept muscles that tighten too cramp, specially if you're an avid exerciser. One of the principal triggers for musculus cramps is overuse, the ADAM Encyclopedia says.

ADAM mentions these additional causes of musculus cramps:
  •  A musculus injury.
  •  Dehydration or nutritional deficiency, including a lack of calcium or potassium.
  •  Alcoholism.
  •  Taking for certain medications.
  •  Kidney failure, or an underactive thyroid.
  •  Metabolic problems.
  •  Pregnancy.
